And the Circles have taken a hostage, diplomat Larry Triangle has been captured and is now in jail in Circle City. Could this day get any worse?

Terry Triangle: Welcome to 9:01 News. My name is Terry Triangle, and today we have some breaking news.

President Hank: Because now, we have a hostage. Larry, you'll be coming with me.

President Hank: And we won't lose.

Larry Triangle: So, circles, it's been so long since we started fighting we barely remember the reason why we started in the first place. Too many lives have been lost in this war on both sides. So what do you think about ending this conflict in a truce? We can share the island down the middle or another arrangement you prefer.

President Hank: That would be a great truce to make, but us circles only make truces if we think that we'll lose.

President Parker: I'm glad we can finally resolve this conflict peacefully. Anyways, I wonder when the Circles are going to arrive. It's their castle, after all.

Larry Triangle: I'm sure they'll be here soon.
